What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email, property suburb and (optionally) address, property type, problem type, your description, your preferred contact method, any photos you upload, the page you sent it from, the time, and your agreement to this notice.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, assess the job and prepare a quote. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who helps us run this website

We use trusted service providers to run this website and our enquiry system, including Lovable (website hosting, secure database, file storage and email delivery) and OpenAI (AI summaries). Some providers may store or process data outside Australia.

AI-assisted summaries

To help our office respond quickly, your description, the form details above (excluding your name, phone, email and address) and your photos are sent to an AI model (OpenAI, accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway) to prepare a short internal summary. The summary is a preliminary note for our team only — it is not a diagnosis, is not sent to you, and a team member reviews every enquiry before giving advice, a quote or any findings. Information sent to the AI service is used only to produce the summary and is handled under that provider's business data terms; it is not used by us for any other purpose.

How it is protected

Enquiries are stored in a secured database that is not publicly accessible. Photos are kept in private storage; only our office team can view your photos, and they do so through links that expire after 7 days. Information is sent over encrypted connections.

How long we keep it, and deletion

If your enquiry does not become a job, we delete it and your photos 12 months after we receive it, unless we need to keep them longer for a legal or insurance reason. Records for jobs we carry out are kept as part of our job files.
