A hygienist can assess the extent of contamination, take air and surface samples, and recommend a remediation scope. We then carry out the work to that protocol.
Post-remediation clearance
Once remediation and drying are complete, independent clearance testing verifies the area has returned to normal fungal ecology before reinstatement begins — the step insurers and builders want on file.
Why independent?
Keeping testing separate from the remediator avoids any conflict of interest. You get an objective result, and we get a clear target to remediate to.
