Surface cleaning and bleach sprays only bleach visible growth; spores and hyphae stay in plasterboard, timber and carpet. Remediation removes contaminated porous materials, HEPA-cleans what can be saved and dries the structure so growth can't return.

Every job starts with moisture mapping and thermal imaging. We set up containment with negative air pressure and HEPA air scrubbers, remove or clean affected materials, apply antimicrobial treatment, dry to standard, then document the result — with independent clearance testing available.
