When water or mould has got into wall cavities, the only proper fix is a controlled strip-out. We remove affected linings and materials cleanly, under containment, so the frame can be dried, treated and handed back to the builder.

Plasterboard and wall linings (typically to a flood cut line), wet insulation, skirting and architraves, carpet, underlay, vinyl and timber flooring, kitchen and vanity cabinetry, and bathroom wet areas down to slab or frame.
Clean, contained and documented
Strip-outs are carried out with dust and spore control, HEPA vacuuming of frames and slab, and full photo documentation of the before, during and after. Waste is bagged and removed from site.

We work to the builder's scope and timeline, provide moisture readings on exposed framing, and leave a clean, dry, treated shell ready for reinstatement trades.
